Important

• It is your responsibility to reserve the event venue. This includes securing the necessary permits and payment of any fees that are required.
• We recommend a gym or turfed field for the best playing experience. If the venue is at a park or other field with grass, it is imporant that it is free from sticks, branches, rocks, muddy sod, and other debris. This protects both the bubble suits and the bubble soccer players.

Cancellations and Refunds

• • We will arrive approximately 30-60 minutes prior to your scheduled event date/time for setup.
  • All adult participants MUST sign a waiver prior to participation in the bubble soccer game.
  • All participants under 18 years of age MUST have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before playing.
  • All participants who have turned in a signed waiver will receive an orange event wristband. This signifies to the Referees who can or cannot participate. No orange wristband, no bubble soccer.

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Cancellations 7+ days in advance of your event date will receive an 80% refund
  • Cancellations within 7 days of your event date will receive a 50% refund
  • There are no refunds for cancellations made on the day of your event
  • BubbleBlitz Soccer reserves the right to cancel your booked event due to weather. This is for the protection of the equipment, BubbleBlitz staff, and the players.
  • If you are thinking about cancelling your reservation, consider re-scheduling instead. If you absolutely must cancel due to weather, we will provide a 100% refund.
